The client provides the headhunter with the final shortlist for interviews to be conducted. The headhunter acts as a bridge between the client and the candidate by coordinating the interview dates, venue, time with the two. Interviews can be undertaken as per the wish of the client i.e. telephone or in person. Once the whole procedure of interview finishes, the headhunter undertakes reference checks from the previous employer to ensure that the candidate has the experience and required certificates.
Co-ordination for issuance of Visas/Work permits from local consulates, undergoing statutory medical tests; notarization & attestation of testimonials and completion of air-ticketing formalities are the responsibilities of a headhunter. |
